Inspired by a photograph named Cyanotypes of British Algae captured by Anna Atkins, PH5 create prints and organic shapes that explore the inner beauty of plants and organisms found underwater. The Collection
The PH5 Spring/Summer 2023 Collection draws attention to the impact of fashion on our precious water systems. Inspired by Anna Atkins, one of the earliest female photographers, we used her botanical photography to create prints and organic shapes that explore the inner beauty of plants and organisms found underwater. We partnered with artists within our community, including Caroline Zimbalist, to create biodegradable bio-plastic sculptures and Berenice Goldman for CGI art. We continue to prioritize sustainability, using preferred materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester and nylon, and Eco-Vero or recycled viscose. We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment by limiting single-use items and addressing micro-plastic pollution.
