Magali Pascal was born and raised in Paris and spent the last two decades living between Bali, Australia, and Paris. Her collections often reflect the diverse cultural influences on her life. In 2005, Magali launched her label from her Bali studio, and she has been designing feminine, versatile wear with a bohemian-inspired twist.
Magali Pascal is known for creating pieces that reimagine classic Parisian style with a modern twist, playing with movement and structure that embraces the duality of masculine and feminine with sensuality and ease. The brand uses soft, natural fabrics such as organic cotton, silk, and raw linen that exude sophistication while remaining relaxed and wearable.
But Magali Pascal is about more than just style – it’s also about sustainability and social impact. The brand works with Balinese women and artisans to create handmade products and partners with Bali Eco Recycle to eliminate single-use plastic. The brand also sources fabrics locally and tries to maximise the use of off-cuts from collections as much as possible.
Magali Pascal’s Spring/Summer 2023 Collection – “Hommage“, is a tribute to her 20 years living in Bali. The collection showcases the brand’s expertise in artisanal techniques and reimagines Parisian style with a contemporary twist. With flowing fabrics, structured tailoring, and unique prints inspired by Balinese art and culture, each piece offers a distinct sense of femininity.
Apart from its design, the collection’s colour palette is certainly its standout feature.
