Returns & Exchanges

The following Returns & Refunds Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.society-a.com.

What can be returned / exchanged?

Below are the conditions for returns and exchanges:

  • Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, complete with the original packaging, tags, and receipts.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns on earrings and socks are not accepted unless they are defective or were incorrectly sent.
  • Final inspection will be conducted by our logistics teams to verify the original condition before processing your returns.
  • Returns that do not adhere to our standard policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Any order including a Gift With Purchase (GWP) or Purchase with Purchase (PWP) must be returned as a whole. Failure to return the GWP or PWP will result in a deduction from your refund, with the remaining balance refunded to you.
  • Any additional shipping or delivery fees incurred due to the return/refund will be deducted from the refund or balance issued to you before any exchange.
  • Orders made using Gift Cards or E-Certificates are non-refundable.

How can I return my order that was purchased online?

Our return policy allows 14 days for Singapore orders and 30 days for international orders from the date of shipment.

Step 1: Please email us at care@society-a.com with your order number and the item number for the return/exchange.

Step 2: Our customer service associate will review and approve the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 1-2 working days. If necessary, we may request images of the merchandise from you.

Step 3: Once the RMA is approved, inform our customer service associate of your preferred return method.

Step 4: If you require pickup assistance, our customer service associate will arrange for a courier to collect the items from your specified address. Please note that pickup and delivery charges will be covered by the customer.

Step 5: Upon receipt of your return items at our warehouse, our logistics team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and receipts.

Step 6: Our customer service associates will contact you to provide further instructions for returns or refunds. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed and reflected on your Original Mode of Payment.

When will I receive my refunds?

Once your return items reach our warehouse, our logistics team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and receipts. This process will take up to 2 working days.

After the return has been approved, our customer service associate will contact you to confirm the return and proceed to initiate your refund with our finance team.

Please note that the refund may take up to 14 working days to appear in your Original Mode of Payment (OMP).

If you have not received your refund after 14 working days, please contact our customer service associate for assistance.
