RETURNS & REFUNDS
The following Returns & Refunds Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.society-a.com.
All sales of Gift cards, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange or refunds unless you have been sent a damaged or defective item. Please email us and report all damaged and defective items within 7 days of receiving your order. For all other items, to be eligible for an refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with all price tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that refunds will only be processed upon confirmation that the returned item(s) has been accepted by SocietyA’s orders team.
EXCHANGES (SINGAPORE ORDERS ONLY):
Exchanges are allowed for Singapore orders only. Exchanges can be done for a different size or to exchange to a new style.
Delivery of Exchange item(s) will incur a shipping fee of $8. A PayPal payment link will be sent to Customer’s email account and this fee must be paid prior to the shipping of the item(s).
How To Exchange?
- In-store Exchanges at SocietyA Flagship Store: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number, and exchange details. Our customer service reps will coordinate with the SocietyA Flagship Store on your exchange request, and you will be notified when the stocks are ready and reserved for you within 1-2 working days of your inquiry.
- Online Exchanges: Please email us at email@example.com and state your order number, and exchange details. Our customer service reps will reply to your inquiry within 1-2 working days.
If you are an International Customer, please do a Return of the items to our Returns Address, and place a new order for the new size or style that you wish to purchase. We apologise for not being able to offer Exchanges for international orders at this point of time.
Returned items for clothing, bags and accessories must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. Gift Cards, jewelry and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
Beauty products are not eligible for return, unless the wrong item was sent to you, you have developed an allergic reaction to the product or you find a defective product. Eligible Beauty items must be returned in the original purchase conditions, unopen & unused, and not defaced in any manner.
HOW TO RETURN
Returns are accepted within 14 days for local orders and 30 days for international orders from the shipped date. Returns can be done via mailing the items back to our returns address or drop-off in person at our flagship stores in Singapore. SocietyA provides a return pick-up service for Singapore customers who are pressed for time and convenience. Please note that the return pick-up fee of $8 Singapore dollars will be deducted from the final refund amount. – More information below.
RETURNING VIA LOCAL PICK-UP SERVICE (SINGAPORE ONLY)
SocietyA now offers Returns Pick-Up Service for Singapore orders! Save the trouble of going to post-office by letting us do the work for you.
To return an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating “Return Pick-up [order number]” in your email subject, and send us a request for pick-up. Kindly allow us 1-3 working days to respond to you. Once your pick-up has been confirmed, we will notify you via email so that you can have the return package prepared.
Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
A return pick-up cost of $8.00 (Singapore dollars) will be deducted from your order refund amount. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable.
FREE RETURNS (SINGAPORE ONLY)
SocietyA now offers free returns on all regular-priced items. All SALE or SPECIAL BUY items are FINAL and will not be eligible for returns and refunds.
To return an item, please send an email to email@example.com, stating “Return Pick-up [order number]” in your email subject, and send us a request for pick-up. Kindly allow us 1-3 working days to respond to you. Once your pick-up has been confirmed, we will notify you via email and provide the airwaybill to be printed by the shipper. Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging along with the Return Form and attach the printed airwaybill for collection by the courier.
SELF – RETURN TO OUR ONLINE RETURNS ADDRESS
Your order will include an invoice, return form, and/or customs documents. Please securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).

SocietyA reserves the right to decline any Return Item if the items do not meet the Return requirements as stated above.
RETURN DROP-OFF AT SOCIETYA FLAGSHIP STORE (SINGAPORE ONLY)
You are welcome to drop-off your return items directly at the SocietyA Flagship Store. All Returns done at our store will be assessed and considered for acceptance by SocietyA’s retail team. Upon acceptance of the return, you will be contacted within 3 working days from the Orders Team about the processing of your refund.

DAMAGE, DEFECTIVE, WRONG ITEM(S)
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, and return the merchandise within 30 days from receiving your order. Returns can be done via Self-Return, Return Drop-off or via SocietyA’s Return Service (chargeable, within Singapore only).
Please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the Return Form. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. We allow exchanges, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to exchange an item.
Refunds will be made to your Paypal account or Credit Card, whichever was used upon the purchase, with the value of your refund amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. For purchases that qualify for free shipping, the refund will be made net of the shipping charges. Shipping charges are listed on our shipping page here.
RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES MADE WITH GIFT CARDS, E-CERTIFICATES OR STORE CREDIT CARDS
Refunds will not be made for items purchased using a GIFT CARD or E-CERTIFICATE from Society-A.com. If you are having issues with this or wish to request for a possible item exchange, please contact email@example.com.
