For Fall 2024, Jacques Wei honours the queen of the night—the Epiphyllum oxypetalum, which only blooms for a few summer nights and wilts before dawn. Playing with the notion of a fleeting but dazzling beauty, the collection shifts between the ephemeral and eternal; industrial and organic. Feminine yet feral—rhinestoned lace garments are paired with leopard-printed tops and floral-embroidered skirts; bold brushwork prints on soft fabrics and oversized hardware on minimalist silhouettes evoke a delicate, precious touch.
