YVMIN Fall/Winter 2026
Frosted white rubber gives the Waving Bear Snap Clip in Clear a milky, translucent look, like a bear made of glass that has been softened. The bear lies flat with its arms and legs spread out, its head and ears at one end, and a small stone at the centre of the chest. The clip is 6.6 cm by 4 cm.
The spec lists synthetic rubber, brass, 18K gold plating and iron, and a weight of 13.7 g. There is a single photo for this colour, a front view, so the back is not shown here. The clip fitting is the same as on the blue version, where the photos show a silver snap clip along the middle of the body.
Because the rubber is translucent and not white, the colour changes a little depending on what is behind it. On dark hair it reads as pale and cloudy. On light hair it blends in, and the only thing that defines the bear is the stone at the chest and the glossy edge. That makes it a good fit for a neutral palette, where you want a shape to add interest but not a colour.
At 6.6 cm wide it is a clip to place where it can be seen: at the side of the head over a small section of pinned hair, or at the front to hold a fringe off the face. A smaller plain clip on the other side balances it.
If you like the shape but want a colour, the same bear comes in blue, with the same size and fittings. In clear it is the quietest of the colours, so it is the easier one to pair with other metal accessories, such as a silver chain or earrings.
Wipe the surface with a soft cloth after wearing and keep it away from heat, since rubber can mark.
