Size is the first thing to know about the Basic Bear Gem Stud Earrings. Each earring is 7 mm by 10 mm and weighs 0.6 g, with a main stone of 4 mm by 6 mm, so it is a quiet detail more than a feature. The stone is narrower than the 7 mm by 10 mm outline, which leaves a band of plated metal around it. At 0.6 g each, they add almost no weight to the lobe and are easy to keep in all day.
The spec lists sterling silver with 18K gold plating, cubic zirconia and synthetic opal. Opal is the soft, milky stone you see in the photo, a pale, slightly glowing point at the lobe, and the cubic zirconia adds a few small points of brightness around it. The bear in the name is the outline of the earring, and at this scale it reads as a compact rounded shape from the front.
The only photo shows the earring in close-up on a model with dark hair pulled back off the face. It sits in the lobe, close to the skin, with no drop, and it does not need a necklace to balance it. A fine chain at the neck, visible below the ear, shows the pairing the photographer chose: pale stone, thin chain, nothing else.
