Each of the Bow Pearl Flower Drop Earrings in Gold has two parts: a round, flower-shaped stud at the top, with a pearl in the centre and a ring of tiny stones around it, and a gold ribbon bow hanging directly below. The bow has a brushed, satin finish and the studs are polished, so the top sparkles and the drop stays soft.
The flat photo shows the pair side by side with the bows offset. Look at the second photo, a side view, and you see how they are made: the stud at the top has a round back and a post, and the bow hangs from it by a short link, so the bow swings freely while the stud stays in the lobe. The product spec lists brass with 18K gold plating, cubic zirconia and imitation pearl.
The drop is short. The bow hangs only a little below the lobe, which keeps the earring from looking like a chandelier and keeps it manageable for everyday wear. In the YVMIN photos the model wears the pair with a gold necklace and a white visor, with the earrings sitting against dark, straight hair, where the pearl and the gold are easy to see.
The pearl at the top is white, with a slight cool undertone, and next to the warm gold it gives the earring a cleaner, more formal feel than the all-gold Gift Bow studs. They suit hair worn back or tucked behind the ear. Hair worn down will cover the stud and leave the bow peeking out, which is also a good look. They work with gold necklaces and with pearls, and one small drop on each ear is enough, so skip extra piercings or hoops next to them.
