The Kitten Holding Heart Necklace puts a white kitten behind a black heart gem and lets the kitten hold it up in front of its body. The pendant measures 24 mm by 22 mm, and the heart is the main stone at 12 mm by 12 mm, so the black gem takes up about half the width of the pendant and is the first thing the eye lands on.
The spec lists sterling silver with 18K gold plating, cubic zirconia, synthetic resin and faux pearl. In the photos the chain and the pendant setting are silver tone, the heart is a faceted black stone with a ring of small clear stones around its edge, and the kitten is white with its head showing above the heart.
The chain is fine and carries small flower and star shapes spaced along it, two of which sit close to the pendant on either side. They are small enough that the pendant remains the focal point, and they give the chain something to show when you wear it without the pendant being centred. The chain is 35 cm long with a 10 cm extension, so the length can be set anywhere between those two. The whole necklace weighs 11.7 g.
In the styling photos it is worn with a pink ruched strapless top, and the pendant sits on the skin just above the neckline. Black studs in the ears repeat the black of the heart. That pairing is easy to copy: a pale or pastel top keeps the black gem sharp, and a matching pair of dark studs ties the face to the neckline.
If you would rather keep the pendant on show with a higher neckline, the shorter end of the chain places it clear of a crew neck or collar. Store it flat or hanging so the fine chain does not tangle with other necklaces, and wipe the stones with a soft cloth after wearing.
